[CLEARWATER] – A Florida Man was arrested asking an officer to for a screwdriver to start a scooter. The problem was, the scooter didn’t belong to him.
30-year old Raymond Millwater was spotted pushing a 2013 Honda scooter in Clearwater Beach on Wednesday. A witness who saw him called the police.
When an officer approached the Millwater, the Florida Man asked him for a screwdriver to start the scooter and said he didn’t know who owned it.
Police then contacted the owner of the scooter, who said he did not know the Florida Man.
Millwater was arrested and taken to Pinellas County Jail on grand theft charges. Original Article
