[DELAND] – An elderly Florida Man faces aggravated battery charges after stabbing his nephew for taking too long in the bathroom.
29-year-old Michael Johnson called police after he was stabbed. When they arrived, they found Johnson had stab wounds on his lower back and abdomen.
According to officials, Dan Johnson, the old Florida Man knocked on the bathroom and told his nephew to get out. When his nephew opened the door, Dan stabbed him multiple times for “being disrespectful” because he puffed out his chest at him.
Detectives say there was no evidence of Michael Johnson threatening his uncle, physically or verbally. Original Article
