[MARTIN COUNTY] – A Florida Man who was pulled over for impaired driving claimed he was “too fat” to perform a sobriety field test.
57-year old Rolando Gonzalez was pulled over by deputies after he was spotted driving 30 in a 35mph zone, as well as driving slightly off-road.
The Florida Man smelled strongly of alcohol and his shorts were stained with urine.
When given a sobriety field test, Deputies asked Gonzalez to stand on one leg, to which he declined, stating “No, I’m too fat.” Gonzalez said he was disabled and “can’t see my feet over my stomach.” His weight is listed as 400 pounds. He was arrested on DUI charges. Original Article
