[NEW PORT RICHEY] – A nearly naked Florida Man was caught on camera burglarizing several vehicles in New Port Richey last weekend.
The unidentified Florida Man was seen entering a fenced parking lot, wearing nothing but shoes, a sports bra, and a hat. He broke into several cars before leaving.
