[TALLAHASSEE] – A Florida Man faces charges for an alleged savage attack on his parents over a pork chop.
According to court documents, 28-year-old Austin Day complained that the pork chop prepared for him by his father was “too acidic”, and accused his parents of trying to poison him.
Then, without warning, Day smashed a glass mug over his mother’s head before chasing after and stabbing his father with a knife.
Day’s parents told officers that Day had recently become increasingly paranoid. He is being held at the Leon County Detention Facility and is charged with two counts of attempted homicide. Original Article
