[FORT PIERCE] – A Florida Man who was found driving around with his pants down alongside a prostitute says he was just “working out”.
Police recognized the woman as “a prostitute here in Fort Pierce.” The Florida Man, 47-year-old Lionel Briscoe, told officers he didn’t know the woman.
The woman told police that Briscoe gave her a $20 bill in exchange for a sex act. He was arrested on a misdemeanor sex offense. Original Article
