[MIAMI] – A Florida Man who was charged with burglary flung his feces (and missed) at the judge during his trial.
33-year old Dorleans Philidor was wheelchair-bound, sitting next to Miamit-Dade Circuit Judge Lisa Walsh. Officials say he tried to throw his own fecal matter at her, but missed.
Witnesses say the Florida Man yelled, “It’s protein! It’s good for you!”
Corrections officers were quick to respond and the trial was relocated while the courtroom was sanitized.
Philidor was then acquitted of the burglary charge by jurors. He still faces another trial for grand theft auto. Original Article
