[PALM COAST] – Florida Man had one to many, prompting some of his Palm Coast neighbors to call police. Florida Man was acting “belligerent” and arguing with a woman in the middle of the road. Flagler County deputies had no idea what they were in for when they arrived, when Florida Man drops trou for everyone to see.
They found 40-year-old Shawn Madden without his shirt on, behaving in “an aggressive manner screaming and threatening to fight deputies,” according to the police report. In a video provided by Flagler County Sheriff, the deputy then asks Madden how much he had to drink.
“Let’s go! Let’s go! I’m swinging on everybody,” Madden says threateningly to deputies.
“What’s going on bud? Can we talk about it,” the deputy asked. “Talk about what? What did I f**king do?” Madden is heard replying in the video.
Madden continued, “I ain’t brandishing s**t!” Florida Man then dropped his pants and proved to deputies he didn’t have a weapon…exposing his genitals to the public in the process. “Where’s my weapon?” Madden then got on the ground and surrendered to the deputies.
According to Fox35 Orlando, Flagler County deputies arrested Madden on “charges of exposure of sexual organs, assault on an officer, disorderly intoxication (alcohol) and resisting an officer without violence following the confrontation.”
Florida Man was taken to the Flagler County jail and later released after posting $2,000 bond.
